| Action | What to Do |

| Overview | Open System → Overview, confirm server health and resource headroom, then follow the first abnormal signal. |
| Connections | Open System → Connections, filter by User, stream, IP, or server, and kick only the confirmed session. |
| Audit Log | Open System → Audit Log, narrow the time and object, then compare the entry with the incident timeline. |
| CDN Status | Open System → CDN Status and resolve unhealthy or capacity-limited nodes before changing load balancing. |
Recommended Flow
- Start at Overview and identify the affected server or layer.
- Use Connections, Audit Log, or CDN Status only when the first signal points there.
- Use Tools → Capacity and Reliability for planned load tests, not live incident diagnosis.
