System Workspace
System Workspace
Use System to check deployment health, active playback, administrative changes, CDN readiness, and measured capacity before changing individual objects.
Sidebar Actions
| Action | When to Use | How to Use |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Start routine checks or incident triage. | Open System → Overview, confirm server health and resource headroom, then follow the first abnormal signal. |
| Connections | Investigate active viewers, connection limits, or a session that must be disconnected. | Open System → Connections, filter by User, stream, IP, or server, and kick only the confirmed session. |
| Audit Log | Find who changed management data and what fields changed. | Open System → Audit Log, narrow the time and object, then compare the entry with the incident timeline. |
| CDN Status | Check server eligibility, assignment state, traffic, and cache delivery. | Open System → CDN Status and resolve unhealthy or capacity-limited nodes before changing load balancing. |
| Capacity & Reliability | Measure how many viewers a defined deployment can sustain. | Open System → Capacity & Reliability, run an isolated test, and export only a completed result. |
Recommended Flow
- Start at Overview and identify the affected server or layer.
- Use Connections, Audit Log, or CDN Status only when the first signal points there.
- Use Capacity and Reliability for planned load tests, not live incident diagnosis.
See Monitoring and Maintenance for routine checks and evidence collection.
